RELECO SA, era una empresa española especializada en la fabricación de relés industriales enchufables y bases, fundada en 1962 y estaba formada por un equipo de más de 200 profesionales, en unas instalaciones de más de 5000 m² localizada en la ciudad de Alcorcón a 19 km de Madrid. RELECO inició las actividades de exportación en 1972, estaba presente en más de 60 países representando el 80% de su producción que superaba los 5.000.000 de relés anuales. La empresa RELECO SA fue adquirida por la empresa suiza Comat AG en abril del 2006 y en mayo del 2013 llevada a la quiebra. Luego la unidad productiva fue adquirida por un grupo de industriales españoles (Relaygo Components SL) siguiendo así la producción de los originales relés RELECO hasta mediados del 2016. Actualmente los nuevos relés llevan la marca combinada ComatReleco. RELECO SA war ein spanisches Unternehmen spezialisiert auf die Herstellung von steckbaren Industrie-Relais und Sockeln. Gegründet im Jahre 1962 und hatte etwa 200 Mitarbeiter. Die Produktionsfläche hatte mehr als 5000 m² und befand sich in Alcorcón, etwa 19 km von Madrid entfernt. RELECO begann mit dem Export im Jahre 1972 und war präsent in mehr als 60 Länder mit einem Exportanteil von etwa 80%. Die jährliche Produktion überstiegt die 5.000.000 Relais. Das Unternehmen RELECO SA wurde von dem schweizer Unternehmen Comat AG im April 2006 erworben und im Mai 2013 in Insolvenz gegangen. Danach wurde die Fabrik von einer spanischen Industriellengruppe (Relaygo Components SL) übernommen und sie produzieren die originale RELECO Relais weiter bis Mitte 2016. Derzeit tragen die neuen Relais die kombinierte Marke ComatReleco.
